Orders must be paid by credit card and will be shipped via UPS to any U.S. address you specify (no P.O. boxes please). To select Will-Call or Pre-Arranged Delivery choose "Other " when prompted to select a Delivery Method. Then select Will-Call or Pre-Arranged Delivery.
